How to market a restaurant

I've been hearing that my photo on this blog is scary for so long that it was refreshing to hear from a co-worker the other day that my cousin Gord looks scarier in this picture than the dead fish he's posing with.

 

I'd encourage folks to click through to the article on his restaurant that the photo accompanies.



I haven't actually been to this restaurant, his third, but really enjoyed my visit to his first.

UPDATE:  Ok, I've replaced the header photo on my blog, the new one isn't scary at all.  And a few months ago I started getting lots of hits from those searching google for the old title to this post, "scary pictures" ... and abusive email from those imagining this must be a site with lots of such photos. I don't know what happened in pop culture to inspire that search term, but for 6 or 9 months after publishing this I wasn't getting those references.  Go figure.   So I changed the title on this entry, and hope that after google reindexes folks looking for something else will just go away. Sheesh.
