Where's Phil Ochs?

It has been something like 25 years since I first heard Phil Ochs' Small Circle of Friends. I'm reminded today by a story of a man  who ran to the aid of a shooting victim, only to be shot himself as the assailants returned. Where's Phil? I think we need him again.
